I have been using the Del Nord for about 3 years now and love working with it. You can effortlessly prepare complete dishes for 8 to 10 people on it. It is its modular design that makes it so versatile to use.

As a griddle for plancha grilling where you can easily play with heat zones and as a grill with the grill plate riser in the middle or simply as a fire bowl without a griddle. Because the air supply comes from the base, the wood gets plenty of oxygen without the tendency to smoulder, so you quickly have a good ember packet with which to feed the heat zones.

The Del Nord is modular so you can easily turn it into a fire bowl, a baking tray or even -if you don't use it- a beautiful standing table with the wooden 'Table Top'.
